Heather Bagwell is the Director of Development at C3 Solutions, where she leads fundraising efforts, develops strategic donor engagement plans, and cultivates philanthropic partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of promoting market-based environmental solutions. Heather’s background in the construction industry, where she coordinated and consulted on nationwide projects, laid the groundwork for her expertise in relationship building and delivering customized solutions.
Before joining C3 Solutions, Heather served as Manager of Donor Relations at an organization dedicated to championing classical liberal principles and fostering a pluralistic, open society. Her passion for innovative, market-driven approaches to environmental and societal challenges aligns with her commitment to individual freedom and community prosperity. Heather holds a Business Administration degree from Auburn University and resides in Huntsville, Alabama.
