Biography

Research Fellow for Climate and Energy Policy


David Kemp is a research fellow at C3 Solutions, where he studies and writes about energy and climate policy. His research has covered a wide range of issues, including climate change, nuclear energy, renewable energy, conventional air pollution, and oil markets. Before joining C3, Kemp was a policy analyst at the Cato Institute. He has a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Bucknell University.
