The Patria Soñada Thought Development Institute (IDPPS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Think Tank C3 Solutions (C3S), based in Washington, United States, which aims to develop joint initiatives that promote innovation in sustainable development policies In Paraguay.

The parties also agreed to exchange knowledge on a global scale; as well
as the promotion of their activities, news and achievements through their respective
communication channels.

Elsewhere in the Memorandum the search for opportunities for
collaborative research and development projects in areas of mutual interest is mentioned.
